The diamond blades are produced with four new technologies that guarantee high performance: Zenith 3D Technology through an evolved distribution of the diamond gives the disc a 30-70% longer life compared to traditional models; Forged Technology, through the use of an exclusive mix of binders and diamond, gives the blade maximum cutting versatility on all materials, as well as significantly resisting heat and improving the performance of the blade when stressed; Silent Multilayer Technology, with the insertion of a layer of sound-absorbing material between the two steel cores, is able to absorb vibrations and reduce noise; Vacuum Technology, through greater exposure of the diamond compared to the sintering and galvanising process, is able to improve the cutting efficiency, cooling and lifetime of the blade.
