Zenith 3D Sonic Evolution 3D is the new cutting disc that makes use of 3D Evolution technology based on a special geometric arrangement of diamond grains in configurations that are equidistant from each other and perfectly aligned on each layer of the diamond sector within the bond.
The new technology of this grinder disc guarantees a 30 to 70 per cent improvement in diamond tool life and performance. Thanks to this new technology, when a diamond layer wears off, a new layer with the same amount of aligned grains is evenly exposed outside the binder. The uniform wear of Zenith 3D allows the machines on which it is mounted to maintain a constant engine speed and never work under load.
Silent technology, on the other hand, by inserting a layer of sound-absorbing material between two steel cores of the diamond blade, allows vibrations to be absorbed and high-frequency noise to be reduced during cutting.
The Zenith 3D Sonic Evolution diamond blade is suitable for cutting resistant materials such as concrete, reinforced concrete, bricks, stone and granite.
