The diamond core bits for porcelain stoneware are made with Vacuum technology, capable of creating a chemical bond between diamond and binder that eliminates the risk of grain loss. These core bits are ideal for making precise dry holes in ceramic and porcelain stoneware with the guarantee of a quick start and high drilling speed.
When using the diamond core bit for stoneware, it is recommended to start drilling at a 45° angle and continue drilling until the hole begins to form. Continue drilling by bringing the core bit to 90° until the hole seat is created on the tile, until drilling is complete.
Recommended drilling speed:
- 6800 rpm with diameters from 20 to 120 mm - M14 fitting
- 10000 rpm with diameters from 6 to 14 mm - M14 fitting
- 1000/3000 rpm with diameters from 6 to 14 mm - hexagonal fitting
